Day 78: T-shirt business breakdown


They were asked to share 4 pieces of information they figured out as a group:

1.  How much their group decided on charging per shirt.
2.  Their group's breakeven point. How many t-shirts they need to sell to make $0 profit.
3.  How many dozen shirts their group has decided to buy.
4.  Their total profit after selling all their purchased shirts.

We had a great discussion about what is profit.  Many of them had to go back and change their profit because they thought it was their breakeven point.  Most of us agreed that we would want to be the group that charged $10.50/shirt.  $12.50 was a little too high for some of us and $9.25 didn't make enough profit.
